🚚 Split Shipments for Faster Delivery
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may occasionally ship parts of your order separately.
This means that:
- You might receive your items in different packages.
- Each package will have its own tracking number.
- Shipments may come from different partner warehouses, depending on which location can deliver fastest.
We do this to minimise your waiting time and ensure that no item is unnecessarily delayed due to stock availability or warehouse processing times.
You will always receive tracking updates for each parcel, and you can contact us anytime if you have any questions about your deliveries.
Most of our warehouses are UK based. That means our British customers will not have to pay any custom fees or import VAT. But some of our warehouses are European.
🇬🇧 Important Notice for UK Customers Regarding VAT and Customs
We would like to inform our UK customers that we are not VAT-registered in the United Kingdom. As such, we do not charge UK VAT at checkout, and it is not included in the price you pay on our website.
What Does This Mean for You?
Depending on your order’s value and the product’s origin, you may be contacted by the courier or postal service to pay UK VAT (currently 20%) and possibly small customs duties before your parcel is delivered.
This usually applies in the following cases:
- 📦 Orders over £135 may be subject to import VAT and customs clearance fees.
- 📦 Orders under £135 might still be held by the courier for VAT collection if applicable, as we do not handle VAT upfront.
These charges are collected by UK customs or delivery companies (e.g. Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD), and are not controlled or received by us.
Why Might This Happen?
Since the UK left the EU, shipments from European warehouses to the UK are considered international imports. If the supplier is not VAT-registered in the UK (which is often the case in dropshipping), UK tax rules may apply upon delivery.
What We Recommend
- If you are unsure about the potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
- You are always welcome to contact our customer service team with any questions.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to full transparency to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
