Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required.

After review, we will offer either:

A full refund.

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty

Where applicable, we will provide details and assistance in making use of the warranty.

1. Return Period

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for personalised, intimate, or perishable goods.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must contact us to initiate the return.
  • If a return label is provided by the supplier, we will forward it to the customer.
  • If no return label is available, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund accordingly.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products on sale or heavily discounted may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our or the supplier’s error.

3. AutoDS Return Handling

  • We use AutoDS to manage order fulfilment and returns.
  • All returns must comply with AutoDS supplier policies.
  • We follow AutoDS procedures for return requests, including refund authorisation and return label handling, when available.
